We are looking for a motivated, reliable and experienced Contract milker to join our farming operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is passionate about dairy farming. We milk 360 cows in a 30 aside Herringbone with ACR's and an in shed feed system. The farm is supported with a 300 stall cow barn with automatic scrapers and back scratchers. Effluent system is run via a separator and clip tank. 2 good homes on farm. We are looking for someone with previous dairy farming and milking experience, has good animal health knowledge, is reliable, honest and self motivated, has good communication and management skills, can work independently and as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining high farm standards. 

We seek Expressions of Interest in our Contract Milking position. We milk 800 cows through a 54 Bale Waikato rotary shed with ACR's and in shed feed system, Protrack and Allflex collars. The successful applicant will need to be proficient in pasture management, have excellent animal welfare skills, good communication and staff management attributes and experience across all aspect of farming. We are looking for a full time farm assistant. We are contract milkers in Brydone (35mins from Invercargill, 25mins from Gore). 850-900 cows through 50 bale rotary with in shed feeding. Drive in, casual staff member required to cover sick leave. Just to help with the day to day tasks on the farm, and cover when other worker is off. Working alongside contract milker and 1 worker. Twice a day miking 650 cows, through a 54 bale rotary. with cow manager and auto drafting, currently doing ab. Feedpad used daily, feeding out can be taught for right applicant but not essential.  Experience needed - Riding 2 and 4 wheelers confidently and safely. Able to work un supervised. We are looking for a motivated Contract Milker to run our 265 cow farm for the 2027 season. The farm is in Springdale, near Morrinsville. The farm is flat, well developed and producing 130,000 km/ms per year. Infrastructure and machinery are of a high standard. The current Contract Milker is completing her third season here and going off to become a 50/50 sharemilker in the district. Applicants must have experience in modern farming methods. The farm is very tidy and preference will be given to applicants with a good work ethic who enjoy working in a neat and tidy environment. The Contract Milker will need to have assistance during calving and mating. This position would suit someone with a real desire to progress in the industry.
