Due to genuine reasons, our client is looking for a manager or experienced 2IC to help run their 300 cow dairy farm near Tuatapere. Ideally we want someone who has a great attitude and the confidence and experience to make on farm decisions on a daily basis. You will have support from the owners and their team, and the farm has recently installed Halter. Excellent animal health and feeding skills are essential, as well as the ability to operate tractors and machinery. We value health and safety and great communication. Contract milking dairy farm based in Aria, King Country, milking 475 cows on a well-maintained operation. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Farm Assistant to join our team for the upcoming season. Duties include milking, animal health, pasture management, calf rearing, tractor work, and general farm duties. Carries   out   milk   harvesting   tasks   safely, efficiently, and correctly, and assists in training new employees on correct   techniques. Assists   with   solving   milk   quality   problems,   as per instructions in farm policy manual.
