We have a vacancy for a honest & reliable farm assistant on a 450 cow farm. 12 minutes from Feilding and 25 minutes from Palmerston North. Duties would include Milking and general farm duties. A minimum of one year’s recent dairy farm experience in New Zealand required. Must pass a pre employment drug test. Drivers license required. 1 bedroom accommodation is available would suit a single person. 

We are looking for an experienced Herd Manager to join our team. They need to understand and take responsibility for daily tasks such as running of the dairy, effluent management and feeding. Completes tasks with minimal supervision and can supervise and train other staff. Looks for opportunities to work more effectively and efficiently to improve the business. Weekend Relief Milker – Five Forks, North Otago We are looking for a   reliable and capable relief milker   to help with weekend milkings on our dairy farm at   Five Forks, North Otago . We are milking approximately   600 cows through a 40-aside herringbone shed . This is a   drive-in position   and would ideally suit someone local looking for regular weekend work. Hours: Morning milking:   5:00am – 8:30am Afternoon milking:   2:00pm – 4:30pm Weekend work The role will primarily involve milking and general dairy shed duties.
