Contour is flat to rolling and 270 cows will be wintered for targeted production of 100,000 kg MS. Facilities include a 16 AS double up HB cowshed and a well appointed 3 BR home. The farm is close to the popular Kiwitahi primary school and around 10 km to Morrinsville.
