30 hours per week (Average)
ROSTER
3 days on (fri, sat, sun), 1 day off (mon), 2 days on (tue, wed), 1 day off (thurs)
MILKING SPECIFICS
Milking is twice daily; morning milking is 5.00 am - 7:30 am, afternoon milking is 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Peak milking herd of 470 jersey cows.
40 aside herringbone shed.
Automatic cup removers.
Automatic Teat Spray.
Automatic drafting.
FARM SPECIFICS
Located in Milton, Otago.
186 hectares.
