Due to unforeseen circumstances and having two people pull out on us we are on the hunt for another two people to join our small team before the upcoming calving. We are looking for a 2IC and a herd manger or someone with the desire to step into these rolls with training provided. We have positions available on two separate farms. both farms run a system 4. We are extremely passionate about our stock and strive for the best results both in production and animal health as well as maintaining a general high standard of farm upkeep and tidiness. Both farms milk around 450 Friesian cows through a modern 40 aside herringbone and 50 bail rotary cow sheds. Both farms are well set out with modern infrastructure utilising wintering barns and feed pads. Halter technology is utilised on both farms. roster is 6 on 1 off through calving then 6 on 2 off for the remainder of the season. both farms have 3-bedroom homes.

1,500 cows at Patoka, running a split shift, either 3.30am to 3pm or 7am to 5.30pm. Breakfast provided to the early shift over calving & mating.
