Winton, Southland. We are looking for a calf rearer to rear up to 600 beef calves on an ad-lib feed system rom the beginning of August until early October. Calves arrive at four days old form our dairy farms and feed through to 70+ kg and then transferred to our beef unit. Calves will be predominantly Friesian bulls. The successful applicant needs to be able to work independently and have a good understanding of animal health and a desire to deliver quality calves.
