Holmes Farming Ltd is a 600ha intensive sheep, beef, dairy bull, deer and heifer grazing farm located close to Geraldine in the South Canterbury region with access to endless outdoor recreation opportunities and within a 2-hour drive to Christchurch, Timaru, Tekapo and Twizel.     Our clients seek an experienced dry stock manager to work alongside them in running day-to-day management on farm. The property is an intensive, tidy and well subdivided farm. We require a keen, enthusiastic Assistant Farm Manager/2IC for the upcoming 2025-26 season starting June 1st. The successful applicant will be joining the on farm team of 8 full time staff. This 440Ha property is a tidy well set up 1275 cow operation milking through a modern 54 bale rotary and a 40 aside herringbone. The two farms are joint, staff will predominantly be assigned to one or the other farm depending on your desire.
