We are looking for a skilled 2IC who is honest, hard working and can work as part of a team while still capable of independence. We take pride in our farm so attention to detail is a must. Experience and references essential. Must be in New Zealand. In return we offer a competitive salary. We milk around 470 winter milk cows through a 36 ASHB with ACR's and protrack drafting twice a day. Will be run as a system 4 operation with cows going to the feed pad most days of the year.
