We are looking for a highly motivated and Passionate Dairy farmer to join our team on this new venture. We have recently purchased this 249ha property where we will be milking 750 cows through a 60 bale Rotary cowshed.  The contour of the farm is flat and paddocks are well fenced, even sized with great central racing. Water supplied from the Waimate west water scheme. The cowshed has Automatic cup removers and teat spraying. Protrac Drafting working alongside Cow manager system in the herd. Cows are fed all year via the in shed feed system Maize and some summer crop will be grown on farm as well as grass silage, pit and bales. We are seeking a herd manager but would also look to take on a senior farm assistant who is willing to work to being the herd Manager.
