Are you looking for variety in your tractor driving/fencing work day?  No week will ever be the same; with three dairy platforms, two run offs, and a cut and carry unit to keep you busy. As our business grows we simply have too much work for one person, so we need you. We are looking for someone with proven experience fencing and tractor driving. You must be a self starter, have initiative and be able to work unsupervised.    Work will be Monday - Friday, although depending on the workload some Saturday work required may be required. Right now, NZ is in the thick of calving – and we won't sugar-coat it, it's very, very busy on our family farm!  We need someone who can start immediately and can 'handle the jandal' of long hours and get stuck in until things ease up in late September. That said, we've held firm to our brilliant 6/3 roster even through the madness of calving, because work-life balance matters to us, busy season or not! Once calving calms down, our cows get milked twice a day – but our humans only milk once a day!
