We like the farm to operate at a high standard so we expect the employees to hold the same standard. We pride ourselves in animal husbandry and cleanliness so these aspects are a must in the successful candidate. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and support any off farm learning such as AgITO. Experience is not required however will be an advantage. About the Role; You'll be responsible for rearing approximately 130 replacement heifer calves from birth through to weaning. This is a lead calf rearing position with the support of other on farm staff on busy days.
