  • Working closely with farm operators and the operations team to ensure information is accurate and processes run smoothly.
  • Providing general administrative support relating to livestock.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys working with data, systems, and people.

You will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence working with numbers, records, and reporting.
  • Competence with Excel and managing large datasets.
  • Strong computer and systems skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An understanding of the dairy or livestock industry, including MINDA and NAIT, would be advantageous.

Why join Dairy Holdings?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established dairy business and take on a role that is integral to the accurate management and reporting of 65,000 cows and 36,000 young stock. You will gain experience working with livestock data at a scale few organisations can offer, from our Ashburton base.

If you are organised, analytical, and enjoy a role where accuracy, accountability, and strong relationships matter, we would love to hear from you.
