We are looking for an experienced 2ic who can competently drive a tractor on hills, (dairy platform is mostly flat/rolling) feed out, efficiently milk and is able to carry out general farm maintenance.
We are an organic, regenerative farm also with 200 head of beef. Organic experience is not necessary but would be an advantage .Animal health and pasture management are priorities . Halter is being installed so experience with that would be useful as is experience with minda and dairy dairy .
The job comes with a 2/3 bedroom barn/house . We pay power and Internet too . We are 12 mins from town with own beach and small boat available to use .
