This is a hands-on role working with cows and general farm duties. Previous dairy farming experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider someone who is keen to learn and has a good work ethic.
The role includes:
Milking cows
Shifting cows and checking stock
Feeding and caring for calves
General stock work
Fencing and farm maintenance
Tractor and machinery work where appropriate
General day-to-day dairy farm jobs
What we're looking for:
Reliable and punctual
Good attitude and willingness to work
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous dairy experience preferred
Good attention to animal welfare and farm safety
Full NZ driver's licence preferred
