We are looking for someone to join our team on a 430 cow farm in egmont village, with a 48 bale rotary shed with in-shed feeding and auto drafting. The roll can be suited to fit your skills within farming and any other commitments you may already have. The position will be sole charge rearing 80 heifer replacements, and the remaining bobby and beef calves, and helping with colostrum cows prior to feeding calves in the afternoon. Heifer replacements are fed twice a day for 10 days and then onto once a day. Tidy facilities with well looked after equipment and set up for minimal lifting. We require someone who has experience with calf rearing and good attention to detail with the ability to work by themselves.
