We are seeking a team member to help with day to day runnings - milking 14 bale herringbone (soon to be moving into a new 40 bale rotary- waiting for sign off) setting breaks, bringing in cows and calves and helping with calf rearing. You will be joining a supportive team environment consisting of a herd manager along side another farm assistant, on a roster system. Must be capable of milking on your own if necessary.
Applicant MUST be residing in and eligible to work in New Zealand.
Due to sudden illness our Contract Milker of 7 seasons has unfortunately had to step down. We are looking for a farm assistant/2IC to help run all operations on the farm working alongside a manager role. Applicant must have experience and be a NZ resident. Farm is located 10 minutes north of Inglewood.
