We require reliable and motivated assistants, with a minimum of 6 months experience on NZ dairy farms, milking in a herringbone cowshed. The successful candidates will have handled cattle safely in the past and had some experience with calf rearing. The position involves getting cows in, milking, setting up of the cow shed and cleaning the dairy and plant. There will be the setting of break fences daily, some basic machinery maintenance, along with farm maintenance including weed spraying and lawn mowing.
