We are looking for an experienced calf rearer for the 2026/27 season located in Papakaio, 10 minutes north of Oamaru. We calve 850 cows keeping 300 replacement heifers and beef calves with the remainder sold as Bobby calves. This is a sole charge position and you will be responsible for all day to day feeding and health treatments, keeping the shed clean and tidy and also maintaing stong hygienic practices. Our stunning 300 Ha dairy farm is located in the beautiful region of Central Otago but still only 30 minutes from Gore where you have everything you need, shops, cafes, pubs, supermarket, schools etc. We are a family-owned farm, and we are still very much hands on.
