We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated 2IC to join our team on a progressive dairy farm in Central Otago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role, working alongside experienced operators in a supportive environment with strong systems and high stock performance.
The Role
Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the 850-cow dairy farm, contribute to team supervision, and support animal welfare while developing your management and technical skills.
