This role will assist with the day-to-day operations of the farm, working closely with the herd owning sharemilker.   We twice a day milk 360 cows on 115 hectares, through a modern 32 aside herringbone with automatic cup removers, on flat land 10 minutes from Matamata. The farms comprise of 1000 cows and we have a  casual relief milking position to cover staff leave etc. The farms have large modern milking facilities with 80 bail rotary platforms and are well equipped for the number of cows milked in them.

We are seeking a reliable sole charge relief milker for our herd of 210 Jersey cows. You should have experience in milking, managing animal health, and maintaining a clean shed.
