This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of 3 years’ dairy farming experience, who is confident in day-to-day farm operations and keen to continue developing their skills. You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including: - Milking twice a day - shifting cows and feeding  - fencing, weed control - calving, calf rearing - shed cleaning and setup - identifying and alerting managers to sick cows - Setting fences - and other general farm duties. We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2ic for a stunning dairy farm in Ealing. The dairy farm is established, however the farm has been split into two. This means we milk 650 cows through a brand new 54 bale rotary shed (ACRs, in-shed feed). This role reports directly to the Contract Milker and you will work closely with them and other staff to ensure the farm plans and targets are achieved.
