FARM MANAGER / CONTRACT MILKER – OAD DAIRY FARM Experienced Dairy Operator Wanted – Southland We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager / Contract Milker / Sharemilker-level dairy operator to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of a progressive OAD dairy farm in Southland . This is a hands-on management position for someone who understands that running a profitable dairy farm requires more than simply getting cows milked. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, make decisions, identify problems before they become problems, manage people and cows effectively, and drive production and profitability. Looking for a competent manager/2ic to help run a 950 cow dairy unit based in riverton for the season, due to health issues of a previous staff member who had to unfourtuantly leave.  We run a 6n2 roster all season.  Big 5 bedroom newer home.  The candidate will be responsible for assisting myself with full farm managment Must be competent in all animal health Able to drive tractors for feeding out and mowing.  Good pasture managment.
