The Dairy Support Assistant Manager/2IC will support the Dairy Support Manager in the day‑to‑day management of the dairy support farm land. Lake Heights runs  dairy calves, dairy heifers, and bulls, with numbers reaching up to 2,000 head of stock, and these blocks also supply silage and winter grazing to two of our dairy farms.
