We are looking for someone to join the  team on our Autumn calving farm. Previous experience is not required as we look for a great attitude above all else. The role will include almost all aspects relating to the daily running of the farm and training will be provided.

We have just purchased a new farm and are looking for another dairy farm assistant to start with us there.  We will be milking 500 cows 2x a day through a 42as herringbone shed.  The farm is 292ha half flat, half rolling with irrigation on the Kaipara harbour.  There is great fishing, hunting and beaches nearby, with a boat ramp just down the road. We are looking for someone who is competent and confident with day to day duties such as milking, putting up fences, weed control and has good stock sense.  The successful applicant must be self motivated, conscientious, honest and reliable.    We will only look at applicants currently in New Zealand.

Seeking a Herd manager for a OAD autumn calving farm in Aranga Northland. Milking 220 cows through a 24 A/S shed with in-shed feeding. Farm contour is mostly flat to easy rolling. You will be working alongside the farm owner and part time reliever. You must be competent at detecting and treating mastitis and lame cows. You will need to be competent at driving tractors and feed out wagons, be able to ride 2 wheelers safely and must have a valid New Zealand drivers license. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven entry level farm assistant to join our operation. We are located on the Ruawai Flats, Northland, milking 320 cows through a 30ASHB with ACRs. Our plan start of calving is 1st of July and we milk twice a day until January then change to either 3 in 2 or Once a day milkings.   Duties will include assisting with the day to day running of the farm.
