EXPERIENCED SENIOR FARM ASSISTANT /AND OR HERD MANAGER/2IC
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years NZ experience to join a team of 6 staff.
We are a farm that takes pride in high levels of farm presentation, a genuine love for our cows with great animal health/repro/SCC. So a genuine passion for working with cows and being in the industry is a must.
In shed technology (52 bail rotary) includes Protrack, ACR's, In shed feeding, Cell Cense monitors and Affi Collars with auto drafting.
The farm is 420ha milking 1000 cows, Spring calving. A mix of flat, rolling and some steeper terrain. Good infrastructure and machinery.
Roster and remuneration to be discussed and is based on experience.
