We have a 25-aside herringbone shed with ACRs, and the farm is a system 5 with feedpad and mixer wagon. OB Group has four Dairy farms, three at Sandtoft Bulls where these roles will be based, just 15 minutes from Marton in the Rangitikei region. Each Farm milks between 800-1000 Friesian X cows at peak through 60 bail Rotary sheds and has 4 staff. These are well-resourced farming businesses set on flat to rolling sand country with excellent laneways and pivot irrigators across the properties. THE OPPORTUNITY… We require experienced farm staff to add to the experienced Farm teams in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the dairy farm. You may be at 2IC level, or close to stepping into Shed or Herd manager for this farm role.
