We have positions available for two (2) Dairy Farm Assistants on a 330-cow farm in the Hāwera area, milking through a 40 Rotary Bale shed. Previous experience is preferred but not required for this role. You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including: Milking twice a day shifting cows and feeding  fencing, weed control calving, calf rearing shed cleaning and setup identifying and alerting managers to sick cows Setting fences and other general farm duties. You will be working alongside a contract milker and the farm owner, assisting with day-to-day farm operations. Independent on-farm accomodation provided.
