Good cows, good crew & good farming!  We’re looking for a switched-on, reliable farm assistant to join our team in the Matamata area, milking 400 cows through a 40-aside herringbone shed. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the practical side of farming and is ready to take on a bit more responsibility. You’ll work alongside us to keep the farm ticking along, with the opportunity to step up as 2IC when needed and help keep things running smoothly. What we’re looking for: 2 years+ dairy farming experience under your belt. A good understanding of how the farming season operates.
