We require a Dairy Farm Assistant to join our family owned and operated Dairy Farm in Hororata. We have an excellent team of 4 and are looking for the right person who will complete our team. We are located in Hororata, Canterbury. We milk 800 cows through a 50 ASHB, with inshed feeding and allflex collars. We have 2 pivots and a few k-line. Our team culture is welcoming, hard working, efficient and genuinely enjoy what we do. Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to : Milking : Assists with efficient and hygienic milking practices.  Animals : Assists the team in caring for the cows, keeping up with records, reporting and treating animal health conditions.
