Staff management - productive, quality staff, happy and enhance the farm reputation as an employer
Feeding - Assist Farm manager on daily planning and pasture allocation to hit farm target.
Milk Production - maintain a grade free and low SCC standard.
Stock Management - Assist on all sorts of animal health issues.
Environmental Management - Assist to meet all regional compliance
Health and Safety - Comply with all health and safety requirements.
