Due to farm purchase by the existing Sharemilker of 13yrs an opportunity has arisen for a top performer to be the next caretaker of this picturesque 260ha eff, 600 cow self-contained property the farm owners have improved over more than 50 years.   Located 15 mins from Matamata at Richmond Downs, the property was converted around 2009 and is well set up with a centrally located 54 bail rotary cowshed, in-shed feeding, ACRs, Auto teat spray and drafting as well as a 350-400 cow flood-washed feed pad.
