Due to circumstantial changes we are looking for a farm manager or a 2ic. We calve around 480 cows and milk them through a 40 a side herringbone with cup removers, auto teat spray, inshed feeding, protrac and alflex collars. We are fully irrigated with pivot, fixed grid an a small bit of kline which is getting converted to fixed grid hopefully before next season. Effluent is spread through the pivot.  Last season we achieved 600kgms/cow and 2320kgms/ha with 1700kg/cow supplement bought onto the farm.
