We are looking for an experienced Farm Assistant in rural Inglewood, milking 550 cows through a rotary shed with inshed feed and cup removers.
The person we are looking for must have experience milking cows, have good animal husbandry and an eye for detail. Being able to operate a tractor is essential.
Must be competent in helping in the day to day running of a farm like setting breaks weed spraying, identifying and treatment of sick cows.
Must be able to operate a 2 wheeler and 4 wheel motorbike.
Only people with relevant experience and available to attend an interview and valid work visa to work in New Zealand will be considered for this position.
Pay rate will be discussed with potential person on relevant experience.
