Calf Rearer / Farm Assistant – Seasonal Position in Hinds
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Calf Rearer / Farm Assistant to join our team for the upcoming calving season.
We milk 950 cows in Hinds south of Ashburton
Key Duties:
- Feeding and caring for calves
- Monitoring calf health and wellbeing
- Cleaning and maintaining calf sheds and equipment
- Following animal welfare and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous calf rearing experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
