Our farm is located only 5mins drive to Ashburton and is an awesome opportunity to have balance of city and farming life.
This will be a fixed term job with possibility of relief milking later on for the right applicant. We are looking for someone to join our team at Lindale Farming Company Ltd to start 27th July 2025 to have an extra hand of help over calving and then relief milking. Experience will be a benefit, reliable & honest, someone who loves to dairy farming and have genuine interest. We will be milking 800 cows via 54 bail rotary with ACR and automatic teat spray and have Allflex collars. Farm is irrigated with center pivot mainly and have a few klines and sprinklers.
What we looking for: -Good communication, confident on daily jobs like milking, fencing and calves handling etc. More importantly willing to learn and can do attitude. Criminal check will be done so no criminal history.
Drive in preferable but can sort shared accomodation for right candidate.
