We are currently seeking someone to help on our farm located in Auroa, Taranaki. This position would be drive in, and could range from milk harvester to a full time farm assistant role depending on experience/applicant.
The farm is spring calving 750 cows through a 60 bale Rotary.
The contour of the farms is flat and paddocks are well fenced, even sized with great central racing. Water supplied from the Waimate west water scheme.
The cowshed has Automatic cup removers and teat spraying. Cows are fed all year via the in shed feed system or feed pad. We have Protract Drafting working alongside Cow manager system in the herd.
