CNR Farming has an exciting opportunity for a Farm Manager to join our team due to a team member heading north.The farm peak milks 800 cows through a 54 bail rotary on 240ha platform, fully irrigated by pivots, some fixed grid and a small area of sprinklers. We have been using Halter to assist with Farm management, as well as ACR's, and automatic drafting. We target production of 500+ per cow and are a system 4 with a real focus on maximizing pasture harvested. We have an opening for a Herd Manager on  our farm team.   We need someone with experience in all aspects of Dairying to complement our current Farm Manager.  Competent in milking, animal health detection and treatments. Minimum of 3 years dairying in NZ and Primary ITO qualification  Milk Harvesting level 3 .  As a small farm team you may be asked to help in any farm tasks. We have a runoff attached to our farm with all our young stock and wintering paddocks. Vaccinating, drenching, drafting, weighing of cows will be part your job.

We are looking for passionate and hard working Farm Assistant to join our team at Ellis-Lea Farms The Glens. We peak milk 1500 cows through a 80 bail rotary, with ACRs and a protrac system.
