We have a full-time Dairy Farm Assistant role available on our 1100 cow dairy farm 5km from Mossburn, Northern Southland.    This is a permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours of work a week guaranteed. The key tasks and duties include: Milking Operations - milking cows hygienically and efficiently. Grazing - Putting up fences and following the weekly grazing plan. Animal Care - Assisting with feeding, watering and monitoring cows for any signs of animal health issues. Farm Maintenance - Helping with general farm maintenance of buildings and equipment.
