The 256 effective hectare property operates as a Dairy NZ system 2 - 3, milking 340 cows through a 30 ASH with in-shed feed system and automatic cup removers. Located 2km to Te Awamutu, this 'floating' position will be covering 3 smaller farms of 260, 300 & 150 cows.  Two farms are next to each other and one is a little further away.  The cowsheds are all herringbones from 16-26 a side.
