As 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Farm Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the farm. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and confident working with a large herd and modern dairy system. We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our team.   This is a key leadership role where you will help manage and support a team of five people. We are looking for someone with strong communication and people-management skills who can lead by example, build positive working relationships, and help keep the team motivated and working well together.
