We are looking to fill 3 dairy farm assistant roles on our farm with immediate job starting.  Job includes basic farm work such as milking, cleaning, setup fences, livestock movement, weed control, ride 2 and 4 wheeler and any other day to day duties. No experience needed, you must be reliable, punctual and honest attitude. Training will be provided on farm. You must be drug, smoke free and have a full driving license. 40- 50 working hours per week with $24 to $30 an hour, depending on your capabilities. On farm shared accommodation available at an agreed cost or market rate.

We are looking for a drive in Calf Rearer/Relief milker for this current season 2026, from July til September with possible on-going work with Relief Milking throughout the year. Must have good experience in calf rearing, 1 farm has 200 and the 2nd farm has 260 spring calving cows. Located 2km to Te Awamutu, this 'floating' position will be covering 3 smaller farms of 260, 300 & 150 cows.  Two farms are next to each other and one is a little further away.  The cowsheds are all herringbones from 16-26 a side. We have an opportunity for a casual staff member to help us on our two farms over the calving and mating period (July-Dec). We have two dairy farms both running 300 cows located 10mins North of Morrinsville. The role will mainly involve milking and some small duties either side of milking like collecting cows or cleaning up. The hours will be roughly 20-30hrs per week and are to help during the days staff are rostered off, you will most likely be working directly with the farm owner. We are looking for someone to take the lead as a calf rearer, with assistance from our other farm staff. We will be rearing approximately 150 replacement heifer calves plus a few beef calves across two neighbouring farms.
