We are looking for a motivated and capable 2IC to join our team on a 155 ha, 600-cow dairy unit, located inland from Ashburton. This role works within a team of four staff and will involve supporting and taking direction from the Sharemilker in leading the day-to-day operation and driving strong operational performance across the farm. The 2IC will be expected to help manage and support two other full-time team members, so proven experience with both dairy cow management and staff management is essential.
