Calf Rearer / Farm Assistant – Seasonal Position in Hinds We are looking for a reliable and motivated   Calf Rearer / Farm Assistant   to join our team for the upcoming calving season. We are on the hunt for our superstar calf rearer! Located 5 minutes from Hinds, 20 minutes from Ashburton and 40 minutes from Timaru, both towns offering medical, recreational and education options. Applicants must be living in New Zealand now to apply for this job and be either a NZ citizen or have a residency visas/ Working holiday  Rearing 270-300 replacements, 500 beefies and 400 bobbies. We are looking for an experienced calf rearer to join our team and help raise 300 replacements and possibly help with 150 beef calves. This contract can go out from July to December if wanted and discuss relief milk options also. We are 10mins south of hinds, 20 mins from Ashburton and 20 mins from Geraldine The candidate will have experience calf rearing, a good attitude, reliable and the ability to work efficiently unsupervised. We like having an efficient system that produces quality calves and good team culture. Having experience and ability to identify and manage sick calves is important.
