You will need to be physically fit, able to speak good English, and have a positive attitude.  Experience isn't essential, but would be advantageous. The farm is part of a wider family farming group, with a proven record of staff progression.  We will encourage off-farm learning for the right person.  The roster will be 8/3 7/3 for the majority of the season, with a different roster set up for calving.
