Milking 310 cows, increasing to 380 cows over 3 years.  Production is estimated to increase form 115,000kg/MS to 140,000kg/MS over 3yrs. A recently upgraded 36 ASHB with ACR and an In-Shed feed system. Dairy farm consists of 150Ha effective of rolling/flat contour. A modern 4-bedroom house. School bus at the gate. We are seeking a passionate, driven and honest contract milking couple with proven experience to step into our successful farm business and work collaboratively with the farm owners from 1st June 2027. The farm usually milks 280-290 LIC XB cows through a 38A/S shed with swingarm cup removers and inshed feeding. 110ha with a 3 year average of 135,000kgMS   (last season 139,914kgMS). Maize and grass silage fed in the Autumn and urea used all season. Overall moderate inputs, system 3/4. Up to date effluent system covering 25% of the farm with travelling irrigator. 60-70 replacement calves reared annually, grazed off farm after weaning.   We are motivated owners and work alongside a farm consultant to improve productivity using modern farming techniques.   We are currently considering collar technology and automatic drafting.
