All young stock are run on our neighbouring hill-block runoff, and we operate on a 10-in-7 milking frequency. You’ll be part of a small team of three, working both together and independently. To assist with all Farm Assistant duties on our 1600 cow farm. Harvest milk to the highest standards. Maintain hygiene inside and outside of dairy shed. We have a position available for a Dairy Farm Assistant on a 700-cow farm milking through a 54 Rotary Bale shed in the Ashburton area. The farm is located 10-15 minutes to Ashburton, 30 minutes from Mt Hutt Ski Field.  Previous experience is preferred but not required for this role.
