We have the opportunity for an additional team member to assist on our 750 dairy farm at Tahuna, 20kms north of Morrinsville. The position is for a fixed term 4 month term July - October. If you are a couple it is possible that we will have work for you both.  Duties will primarily be calf rearing & associated tasks, however there will be some milking & general farm work required. No specific farming experience is necessary, although the ability show initiative & face the challenge of learning new skills with confidence is a must.  

We are seeking a Dairy Farm Assistant to join a 700-cow farm in the Piopio area, milking through a 60 Bail Rotary shed. Experience is preferred but not required for this role. You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including: - Milking twice a day - shifting cows and feeding  - fencing, weed control - calving, calf rearing - shed cleaning and setup - identifying and alerting managers to sick cows - Setting fences - and other general farm duties. Hi we are a 970 cow farm in Waikite Valley 20 minutes south of Rotorua made up with 2 cowsheds. We are looking for 2 Fulltime Dairy Farm Assistants to work alongside our farm managers on each farm.
