We are looking for a farm assistant to help cover milkings and other farm duties. We run 680 cows through a 54 bale rotary. We also have another property which milks 400 cows through a 40 aside herringbone. Ideally looking for someone who would can  milk in rotary and herringbone sheds. Tractor driving ability would be a bonus but not essential.

We are looking for a farm assistant to join our team, with at least 1 years of experience on dairy farm. Apart from the knowledge build up previously if you show you are passionate about the industry, have the right attitude and willingness to keep learning and work hard then you will be considered for the role. We contract milk 1350 cows in Bankside with Halter collar system. We milk through two sheds of 44 aside herringbone. In this moment one of the sheds has Protrack and in shed feed system. The successful applicant will be part of a six person team with support from the Contract Milkers.
