We are looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on 2IC or Farm Manager to join our dairy goat operation milking approximately 850 goats through an 80-bale rotary shed . With our amazing 2IC heading back overseas in October we are now seeking a motivated and reliable person or couple to help us milk 500 quiet crossbred cows through an older but efficient 32 bale rotary shed. This is a fixed term role for the remainder of the season but we are open to also transitioning to a permanent role for the coming season and beyond. Main duties would include getting cows in, milking, shed and effluent management, water management and general farm tidying and maintenance. There is not much tractor work so if this is not a strength that's no issue. We value reliability and people who have a calm demeanor around livestock and co-workers.  We are open to a range of scenarios and ideally would like a full time worker and part time milker.
