Couple’s Role 2IC + Relief milker/ Calf rearer  Kaiaua, Hauraki Plains | Autumn Calving | Start February 2027 Gulf View Dairies is seeking an experienced and motivated couple to join our dairy operation in Kaiaua for the 2027 autumn-calving season. We are a 120ha 300-cow autumn-calving farm, with calving commencing around 15 March each year, alongside which we rear approximately 300 Hereford-Friesian cross beef calves on a neighbouring run-off each season. We are looking for a capable 2IC who can take genuine responsibility for day-to-day farm operations, alongside a partner interested in a flexible role primarily covering calf rearing and relief milking. The successful couple will work alongside the Farm Owner and an existing full-time Farm Assistant.
