240 cows with room to grow to 350. 212 self contained in South Westland. 28 a/s HB shed with auto cup removers and hi gate backing gate. All flat farm with good fertility and free draining. All grass system with young stock grazed on. 3 year average 121000 from 360 cows once a day. School bus at gate to local area school. Herd available for purchase.
